I would give them no stars if I could blow a air bag on my trailer in the middle of the night called them they told me to be their at 8 am that he would have a guy waiting their for me I was their at 8 am no one was their they didn't end up showing up till almost 9 sat their for another hour waiting for the guy to get their to fix my trailer he finally got that at 10 he took my air bag off and went down to Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt which were all with in a half mile of the shop he got back and told me that they have to order the Airbag that he went to every place that deals with trucks and couldn't get one so I told him to order it after he orders it he just leaves which I thought he had changed the tire that was shaved bald by having to drive 14 miles to get to them after my Airbag blow at less he didn't I asked the following morning and I was told he didn't have time he had other things more important then my trailer to do afternoon rolls around he finally gets my tire changed and my Airbag on and I look at the bill for the part and I get yelled at saying I have no business looking at the bill for the part that it was cheaper for them to order that if I was to order the part it would of cost me over $300 the part cost $174.87 so I say ok I walk out to my truck and I move it out of their bag and one of the 2 owners come out and start taking pics of my truck and telling me if I leave he is going to call the cops and I told him I was transferring money over so I can pay him he then demands my keys and I tell him no he storms off I called Freightliner where my Airbag came from come to find out it would of been $20 cheaper for me to order it so I made a few more calls and got ahold of someone at GCR right down the road they had my Airbag in stock so I sat their for 2 days waiting to get fixed when I could of been fixed that day do not I repeat go to these con artists for parts and labor they charged me $479.70 which I was quoted $358.18 out the door nothing else added but they lied they r a bunch of con artists their looking to take ur money
With a 7 week old granddaughter in the car, I was willing to pay almost anything yet their offered rate was more than reasonable.
Fantastic people, our car broke down 10 hours from home, they did everything they could to get us back on the road quickly and made sure that we had a safe car to get back home in.
While digging my car out of 18"+ snowpack in the median after fishtailing, they showed up uncalled and stopped to offer help.

I highly recommend this shop simply for peace of mind. Repairs will still cost you a pretty penny, but the men here take pride in their work. I had no repairs done on my car, but the men at K&K are very honest and open about the work that will be required. They won't hide any issues from you, and I get the strong feeling they will not screw you over. The owner, Mark, offered some of the cars on their lot for trade, but I ended up deciding to take a Uhaul for the rest of my move. Please know: these men will do everything within their power to take care of you if you get stuck out here in rural Utah. You're in good hands here.
I was towed to this auto shop following a second breakdown in two days. I had previously been towed down the road to Richfield (Willis Auto Repair), but they told me the first problem was my radiator. They replaced that for $390.32, but were not very communicative.
Just stopped in for advice on our at temp light coming on. They seemed nice enough. Cute kitty cat in the lobby too.

When I broke down again two days later in the same area, I was picked up by Devin from K&K, and he was very helpful and reassuring as he was towing me back to Salina. He informed me that my car would probably require 3k in repairs for the head gasket that was most likely blown. He was disappointed in the Richfield shop because they had most likely avoided the main issue of the head gasket and ended up making the issue worse. He expressed remorse that my first tow did not just take me to Salina.
