These two stars are for the technician who worked hard in cold weather to put a new tire on my big rig. But the people over the phone act like they don't care. Very unprofessional. They lied to me about tech's eta and accused me that i was lying about that. Even after eta when tech did not arrived i called and they said i am not in their system and they don't know what i am talking about. Any way mean while tech arrived and helped me out. This is a suggestion for owners of business to train their staff and make them helpful for your customers.
We blew a tire while traveling through town luckily GCR was close by. We were nervous being out of towners that we would be taken advantage of. The service was awesome we got a great deal they got us back in the road fast! Very happy with the service.
