Service is great
Nice service and nice people. The food was very good and it came very quickly. This is a good place to stop while on out on the road of central Utah. Restaurant was very clean and seemed newly updated.
I love Denny’s. I worked for the company a while back at a different location and loved the food and the company. However, today when I went to the Denny’s in Saline I found myself welcomed initially but with being only one of three party’s seated in the restaurant I found myself with an empty glass, under-cooked eggs, and uncooked pancakes. I wasn’t checked on until my check was given it than took 15 minutes to check me out. I am guessing I was low priority seeing as I was a lone customer and less likely to tip higher amounts. No replacement was offered for the egg’s or the pancakes. I know this isn’t the Denny’s way or at least the way I know from when I was there. In addition, the location on the google maps is wrong it is no longer located at the Lowe’s travel plaza but at a separate location on the other side of the freeway. This should be updated even though you can see the famous Denny’s sign as you get off the freeway. I’ll say it again I love Denny’s but this trip was sadly disappointing.
Used to eat here once or twice a week we had waitresses that made sure we had coffee and that our food was right. Haven't been here for a while and the service is slow, the first coffee was cold, there was no silverware had to ask for hot coffee and the silverware. Food was not as good, my sandwich was missing ingredients. So as I see it, all the people are new and I don't feel it is as good as it was.
This is a pretty good Denny's. Last time I was there, they messed up on my order. It took a little persuasion to convince the waitress I was given the wrong food, but once it was clarified, it was quickly replaced. Other than that, the service I have had at this Denny's has been exceptional.
