Mayor Deaton, if you read this, know that aggravated animal cruelty is a felony and must be taken seriously. Most cops don't give a damn, Pratt should. Replace him.

Salina Chief ERIC PRATT is unfit to be a police Chief. He was contacted this year regarding a horrible animal cruelty case in Salina. Pratt never returned our calls and when we did get to speak to him he seemed to not care about the case which is a felony.
Mayor Deaton needs to replace Pratt. And Pratt's April Fool's experiment with a cat named "Frou Frou" is just plain ridiculous. Like Pratt himself.
